This ticket option provides additional transportation aboard the tour bus from and/or back to the Foundation’s office in Sacramento. Lunch on Monday and Friday is included.

Waiver Statement:

In order to register for the tour, all attendees must accept the terms of this waiver. If you are regsitering someone else, please carefully read and accept the terms of this waiver on their behalf.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2025 Klamath River Tour, organized by the Water Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization, and its directors, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsors"); said tour to consist in part of travel on motorcoach and boat, lodging in hotels and meals along the tour route; and in consideration of the educational benefits to be derived from the participation in said tour;

The ticket purchaser, ticket holder, their agents, assigns, heirs, next-of-kin and personal representatives,

1.  The ticket holder and purchaser hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue, take legal action against or seek indemnity against the "Sponsors" for any and all loss or damage to person or property sustained by the undersigned, their heirs, personal representatives, or next-of-kin, or alleged to have sustained by said persons, and caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "Sponsors" or the "Underwriters" during any portion of this tour which begins as early as September 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and concludes on September 12, 2025, as late as 6:00 p.m.

2.  The ticket holder and purchaser understand the content of the itinerary and the nature and extent of the "tour;" and has read and voluntarily signed this release and waiver of liability and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the above written agreement have been made.

3.  The ticket holder and purchaser acknowledge that in participating in this tour, the ticket holder assumes the risks typically associated with travel by motorcoach and of those risks, if any associated with educational travel.

4. The ticket holder and purchaser grant full permission in perpetuity to the organizers of this event to use, reuse, publish and republish images of the participant in the event in photographs, video or other recordings.

In addition, I acknowledge that the ticket holder is at least 18 years of age and will bring a valid photo ID to the event to verify. Should the ticket holder be unable to verify that they are at least 18 years of age, they will not be allowed to participate on the tour and no refund, credit or transfer of ticket to another party will be allowed.
